The very Kat in question. I'm working from memory here, but after examining
other frames in the same set, I believe the episode is "THE GHOST PILOT".
Chance is watching tv while they work out, and I seem to remember the news
coming on after that.
As for ballparking the frame, I put a quick convert JPG of it on my server.
