Being guilty of working at a McDonald's, I can tell you how the toy
promotions work. I haven't seen these toys myself, but all of our
promotions work in multiples of 4, so you've either listed all the
toys, or there's 4 missing :).

Also, there was one more Sonic McDonald's toy. Remember the McDonald's
Birthday (or something like that) promotion they had last year. 16 toys,
each from a different past promotion, together forming a train? Sonic
was on one of those toys as well.
