I'm baaaaack! Did'ja miss me? Back from the Windy City with potential for
several months worth of orders, so a good trip, all said.

It's ancient Greek for "rilly, rilly, big and huge" or "mighty". It also is
used more specifically in math & physics, but I think it just means big,
like Megaphone, and megalomania.

to Terra, on those unspeakable vampires eating chocolate:
I beg to differ, TC. The endorphine spike that chocolate induces has a
devastating effect on vampires. It's sort of like focusing sunlight on them
with parabolic mirrors, only it happens from the inside. But, don't waste
your energy fighting with me about vamps, just finish that BMR so we all can
read it!

Us kats fanfic authors have to stick together. Like (who was it, now?) said:
"If we do not stick together, surely we will stick seperately?" Can't find
it in my book of quotes...

On xmas trees: Cats just love to climb new xmas trees and knock things over.
Perhaps Kats put up trees at midwinter for reasons long lost to the past.
They sing: (to the tune of 'Oh Tannenbaum') "Oh ixmas tree, oh ixmas tree:
we cut you down and kill you. Your branches reached up to the sky, we
chopped your trunk and watched you die..." etc. etc. (I've got a whole set
of verses for this, though it's best sung in a dirge-like minor mode.)
