The good news is, you don't have to do a 10-page treatment. If you'll
read Paul Castiglia's memo on submitting story ideas (located in
Ratman's ftp file), you'll find that story ideas are to be submitted in
ONE PARAGRAPH. He says that this is due to the pressures of the job of
editor. I trust that this isn't a statement about Scott's attention
span ;-) .
