Word from TCN about the video quality

    In my original message to TCN, I asked about the quality of the videos that
TCN programs were kept on and here's what they said:

    I didn't specify Kats out of some paranoid fear that I'd get a biased
answer (Ted's probably holding a gun to the heads of all his employees.)

    Apparently Turner's not at all concerned with maintaining the quality of
his animated properties. They must think TCN viewers are just a bunch of six
year olds with no understanding of quality. It's only a matter of time before
the bullet Ted fired at his own foot impacts.
