    Hanho Heung-Up animated Starchaser: The Legend of Orin and boy does it
show. Even though a total of $9 million was spent on it, the hand drawn
animation, which I'm guessing had a least a few of those millions put into it,
looks only slightly better than Filmation's TV work. If I remember correctly,
a critic stated that it was animated in South Korea, so there you go. That's
my source. It's not much of one, but it does put the nationality
under suspicion.
