I fired off a letter to TCN telling them the following to explain the "differences":

The "Secret Files of the SwatKats" materials were all ordered sent to Turner
Home Video for duplication and insertion into the VHS tapes (and undoubtedly
the "Today on SwatKats" bumpers were sent right along with them). Cartoon
Network was sent the syndication package for air, but stripped of all the stuff
that would be added to each ep before it ran on TBS.

I also passed along the HB production number for the missing "Kats Eye News
Special Report/SKIQ" episode, along with a contact name at Hanna-Barbera
to help them find it. Hopefully, the thing will hit air on TCN soon so everyone
can add it to their library! (Especially those folks able to tape it with the CD
quality possible with TCN on DSS).
