I have uploaded a new Merchandise List, v4.0.0x.

There are several new and revised listings. I have had to also add a
number of disclaimers and the like because of receiving e-mail from a
fair number of people who seem to think the list is a "for sale" list or
catalog, which it is not.
As always, submissions for unlisted items are welcome. I also hope that
someone can clarify the "unknown" item, #99-01.
