DOS or WINDOZE

I think that there's still one more thing we have to clear up:
Is the game Twisted-Mettle for Windows, or for DOS (Please say DOS. Windows
would lock up, crash, screw up, and do all those
other things windows were desighned to do :') ).

Also, why Mettle?
