That tune was to be in the coveted "Hidden Palace Zone", a level that was
supposed to be a secret level in Sonic 2 but was never put in. Eventually,
when they put the level in as two levels (Hidden Palace and Sky Sanctuary)
in S&K, the original music was scrapped.
