I will not be shutting down any of the kats stuff on rat.org
razor_at_rat.org says he might shut down his stuff which is in
http://rat.org/kats/razor/ because someone else is making a page on kats, and
he doesn't have time to update it.
But I'm not removing my stuff, since it takes so little time to maintain.
