Here's a little tidbit I picked up from a Turner employee I know as a
fellow Disnoid. No more details, sorry.
Anyhow, he mentioned that when the Kats were dubbed into French for the
French market, the "client" (as he put it; most likely the TV network)
had a big problem with the voices. Apparently they were expecting "softer"
and "cuter" voices as opposed to the realistic voices of TB&R.
And we thing that the "cartoons (especially furry) are for kids"
stereotype is bad here?
