As with actual variable geometry jets, such as the F-111, F-14, and B-1, the
Turbokat most likely keeps the wings out for low velocity flight, and in for
high velocities, though as we saw in SWAT Kats Unplugged, sometimes folding
the wings has other advantages. It's never really occured to me to keep track
of what instances the Turbokats wings are in what positions, and I think I'll
do just that in the future.
BTW, I'm 20.
