Scanning SWAT Kats artwork and putting it up on the web will make sure it's
seen by lots of people. But there is a way of letting possibly *thousands* of
people who aren't necessarily on-line see it - get it printed in a magazine.
Numerous magazines, be they comic book or video game mags print artwork,
typically the kind that's put on envelopes. Magazines such as Wizard and Hero
receive so many submissions that they can afford to be extremely choosy and
only print the best of the best original artwork. Sending art to them can be
risky since the likelihood of it being printed is so small. But Gaming
magazines recieve much less, and they usually have no problem printing artwork
that may be traced or copied. Since SWAT Kats has a SNES game available, it's
on topic too. Any artists out there interested in getting your work printed?
I can provide addresses if need be, just ask.
