One conceptual question:

If Master/Packbell has to resort to terror police, does that mean that
the general roboticization of the populace has been undone? Was a way
found to override it (c.f. Uncle Chuck's experience) so that Mobians
once again have (relatively) free will? Besides, ten years in the
future (according to a subthread in my story Bloodlines) most
roboticized Mobians would be dead or dying from RTS (robo-toxin syndrome),
which would necessitate a certain amount of social breakdown.

Sounds interesting to me.
