Sonic #27

I've been looking everywhere for this issue (Sonic #27), but have had no
luck at all finding it. Does anyone know of some stores in Connecticut
that might have it?
About a week ago (on 7/17/95, I think), I subscribed to the Sonic comic
book using the back-issue order form from issue 25 or 26. However, I am not
sure which issue my subscription will start with. Can I expect to
receive #27 as my first issue, or should I expect my subscription to not
start until #28 or #29?

Please let me know, as I'd really like to read #27.
