If you remember "The Wrath of Dark Kat", where they have a flashback from
the day they were kicked off the enforcers, they said it was 'military
salvage' that they built the jet out ot, not just random scrap metal. Just
for clarity's sake. Remember that its a 'salvage yard', not a dump, meaning
that they do go through things that come through it, and could easily have
found working parts from military equipment sent to them, to build the
TurboKat. Proally the equipment that still worked after the overall
equipment couldn't stand up to the enemies the Swat Kats have to deal with.
