Personally I think any fighting game based on a cartoon ought to remain 2D
... Capcom's Marvel Super Heroes is a great example of this. Crank up the
frames of animation, load with tons of neat FX for special moves and serve.
:) While we're dreaming, I think such a game must include Hard Drive, the
Metallikats, Felina and the SWAT Kats (naturally). Dark Kat, Dr. Viper,
Pastmaster would be rather hard to add considering they don't normally go
gato-e-gato with the SK. Madkat would be interesting. Rex Shard and Chopshop
have real potential considering you could do anything with them in the game.
