Brohoof shut down on May 29, 2016. We opened on April 1, 2011.
We had a good run, 5 years running, and we had by far the best Equestria replica
in Minecraft, be proud! The reason for the shut down is not because of anything
negative, but rather lack of positive. We've accomplished the original mission
of building the best Equestria in Minecraft long ago, you can only rebuild
Equestria so many times before you can call it done. Endless adjustments to
match what we see in new episodes gets old after awhile too. Most people that
still play on the server just do that to hangout with friends, but that's not
enough of a reason to keep it up for me to stay interested.
