Here's mine:

 0. Mobius-- the storyline, pathos, and everything..
     (If Lovelace can anthropomorphise a planet why can't I? :)
 1. Sally (see Rat's #4)
 1.5 Robotnik (the believibly sinister StH characterisation)
 2. Tails (my favourite outside of StH)
 3. Bunnie (Why does everyone think robotisation is a bad thing?? :)
     I really would have liked seeing her and the other secondary
     characters being more involved in StH. Bunnie's Soothern accent
     is a liability though..[1])
 4. Ant ("Hooked on Sonics")
 5. Sonic (sometimes I can dig that wisearse attitude :)

[1] Get Sigorney Weaver to voice Bunnie in the movie. :)
