Rob, there are almost 50 different stories on rat.org. Go to Bookshire's
page at
http://rat.org/sonic/stories and I'm sure you'll find that some of
the fan fiction there will please you. I don't know which story you read,
but most of them are not short at all. A couple are more than 100 pages
