Oh course. Balloons promote feelings of joy, good cheer, and freedom from
things (like gravity). On a similar subject, for those of you who
remember Exo-Squad, in the post-episode profile of JT Marsh, it says he
always dreams about flying. But not exactly flying just to fly, flying to
be free.
