Work on the next version is now underway. There will be quite a few new
listings as well as some additional info on existing listings. I think
there will be enough changes for me to move directly from 2.x to 3.x.
I'm also going to include a real "What's New" section inside the list
instead of posting this seperately. As before, there will be both a
plain text "a" and a Web "h" version. I may also be making a IPF "i"
version, but that may not be ready for some time.
