Ok, i'm taking charge. I've had enough of this.

NO MORE BINARIES.

If you have a file you want to share, upload it to hff.rat.org in the
incoming directory, and if there is not corrupted, it will be made available
for anyone who wants it. Then you can use the mailing list to announce the
file is there.

Since just saying something never seems to do anything, anyone posting any
binary will be REMOVED FROM THE LIST. The only exception would be very very
small binaries (a uuencoded ANSI picture of sally comes to mind).
