ftp site directory change

The "list" directory at the ftp site has been renamed to "text".

For ftpmail scripts and for those whose habits die hard, there's also a
link so that "cd list" will still work. Hopefully, this won't be
necessary for long.

If you've not checked out the ftp site lately, take a few moments to do
it now. Head to /pub/sonic at hff.mv.com.
