Here here! Glad to see somebody can argue my opinions better than I can!

Perhaps this is why I got a C in my English 'Analysis of American Television'
class. The prof didn't seem to appreciate the fact that I did not see
TV as some 'medium that only serves to cater to hegemonic opinion' (or
whatever the exact terms were, like I said, I got a C), but that I for one
can still enjoy it for the story-telling and that I also know where the
off-switch is if need be...

Dan Drazen, if I may be so bold, you ought to send that response to your
