Mike, just a minor correction (but I'm so picky)...
Mickey's first cartoon in 1938 wasn't "Steamboat Mickey" it was
called "Steamboat Willie."

This was aan animation that Walt E. Disney and Ub Iwekrs both worked
on. (Sorry...big Disney archives fanatic...hadda nitpick). :)
