.GIF to ASCII converters

I have uploaded to the ftp site the two .GIF to ASCII converters I said I
have in a previous post. I originally got both of them from the Graphics
SIG on Delphi (GO MAIN COM GRA), and neither had documentation files.

Once posted, they will be found at ftp.mv.com, tentatively at
/pub/users/rat/sonic/pc. Both programs are for DOS.

Now that the tools are available, maybe we can make some more Sonic (and
Tails!) ASCII art. If anyone on the list has TheDraw, why not try some
ANSI art and ANSI animations? If no one on the list has it, I can upload
it too. (TheDraw is also a DOS program.)
