Seems that there's a little bit of confusion as to the nature of Rat's site. Let
me resolve it. It's Rat's machine, and he's providing space to the Katfans
for archives and a central repository for fanfic and the like because he
wants to. Essentially, if he doesn't want to add something, it won't be added.
End of Story. Though suggestions for new links (and support of same) are
obviously put forth with the best of intentions, any "vote" taking place will
be similar to asking what colour you'd like to paint the neighbour's car. If you
don't own it, you can't paint it.


(wow. my first conflict resolution since taking up the reins. I need a drink.)
