ok, to subscribe to the digest version, mail to majordomo_at_lists.mv.net
and put this in the message body:
unsubscribe kats
subscribe kats-digest
end
what's a digest you ask? Instead of distributing mail right after you send it
to the list, it will store it, and send it in bunches. What it does, is if
there are 30K or more of messages saved up, it sends off the digest. Feel
free to experement. Just make sure you don't end up unsubscribing yourself
from both lists! ;-)
