I've recently gotten IRC to work on my dinosaur of a computer and I

empty, but I did notice the "topic", which was "dia dhuit =^^=".

Can anyone shed some light on the meaning of this topic?
Thanx!

I have no idea and I'm the channel founder! Hard Drive must have
set it. Hey Hard Drive, what does it mean?! <G>

"Dia dhuit" is Irish Gaelic for "God to you", which is their way of saying
hello. I use that word and "Slan" (Good bye) frequently on the IRC.

I keep going to #swatkats frequently, but there is never anyone there. I'm
going to try to go there again now and off and on today.
