1.) Wonder if any Kats who joined the Enforcers knew that it'll be
a short-lived career? I bet they didn't read the fine print: "You are
entitled to get blown up by super villains in the line of duty." ;-)

I don't think anyone joins the police, military, FBI, ectera expecting
to die. I'm sure the same goes for the Enforcers. However, that do know
they can die, so it takes a brave individual to be an Enforcer. Look at
Commander Feral. One of his few good traits is that he's courageous.

2.) Could the Enforcers be really an army of Kat-klones, like Judge
Dredd? All the Enforcers look the same to me.

If you get a lot of people in the same uniform with the same equipment
and simular builds, they will look alike.

3.) If Chance really lived up to his name-sake, imagine the wierd
encounters the SWAT Kats will have. A day in Chance's live will
probably be as interesting as Chance Harper in the show "Strange Luck".

He's got that now! :]

4.) If the TurboKat has laser weaponery, how did Razor built it?
Could radioactive substances be dumped in the Salvage Yard illegally?

Like any junk yard, there could be some stuff there that wasn't
supposed to be there, but still, Razor is obviously an inventive genius.

5.) How did Manx get re-elected each year? If Feral had already
admitted Manx's incompetence, why would the citizens of Megakat City
not realised it?

Oh, this one's easy. Incompetent people get re-elected in real life all
the time. Sometimes it's voter apathy. Sometimes the incompetent offical
is a lousy leader, but a very good campaigner.

Strangely, part of the blame is due to Callie. She does such a good job
as Deputy Mayor, the citizens never see how inept Manx is. In the
first episode with the Metallikats, Callie reveals that she is the one
who does all the paperwork. In many episodes we see that she is the only
official with common sense. In a crisis, Manx is too cowardly and
Commander Feral is too narrow-minded.

It isn't in her personality, but it would be best for the city if Callie
turned on Manx and ran for Mayor herself. Of course, she would then need
a good Deputy. How about Felina Feral? I'd vote for them. :]
