Everything at H-B and parts of the Turner Empire are in a state of flux at the
moment, so you might be addressing your petition to someone who might
be in charge of repainting parking stalls by the time they get it.  Once they 
nail the lid shut on this merger thing, we'll have a clearer idea of exactly
who'll be responsible for (and perhaps responsive to) what.
