I've decided to (as of this posting) edit .sig files that contain more
than four lines of non-Kats material.  I don't know about anyone else, but
I really hate to have *my* bandwidth taken up by 9- or 10-line .sig files
that really do nothing more than display ASCII art, no matter how cute it
may seem. 

Signature files with relevant Kats information (such as AJ's) won't be 
edited, although if I find this being abused I'll edit out .sig files 
entirely.
